International Cash Letters are foreign items in foreign funds drawn on a financial institution in the same overseas country (e.g., a German deutschmark item drawn on a German financial institution).
International Wires
International wires are the fastest, most secure and cost-effective way to transfer funds to a foreign financial institution account. Wires can be executed in two ways:
Foreign currency International Wire - The international wire is converted to foreign currency prior to the wire being sent, and is destined for an account held in foreign currency (not U.S. dollars) at an overseas financial institution.
U.S. Dollar International Wire - The international wire is sent in U.S. dollars, and is destined for a U.S. dollar account at an overseas financial institution.
